I called and they hung up on me when I asked for their location so I could drive to them. I called back and they asked what I need and I said a key made for my vehicle and they continue to ask the same question. And when I told them my vehicle make he said they don't make keys for that vehicle and hung up.

Mr Bright was professional and went above the job to assist me. I had my children in the car while needing a key cut and programmed for another car. He gave me expert opinion worked fast. I’d use his services again and recommend him to anyone!

Tried several times reaching out. While an appointment was finally set up via email, no one showed. Followed up with two more emails (because calls were not being returned) and those went unanswered as well. I wish every small business the best, truly, but have enough respect for people who NEED your services, to respond - even if it’s with an “I’m sorry we can’t take any more jobs at the moment”.

I would NEVER recommend him to anybody. He talked good at first but when it came time for him to do his job. NO ANSWER, NO SHOW!! I called his job which was forwarded to his cell phone....still no answer for 3 hrs. He decides to call me back at 8:00pm that night asking do I still need it done. Are you serious!! Pls DO NOT CALL HIM FOR ANY SERVICES HE IS NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL.

Absolutely awful. I planned my entire morning around this guy coming to unlock my car door for work and he didn't even show up. His phone went straight to voicemail up until my actual appointment time. At 9am, he answered (WHILE CLEARLY ASLEEP) and said "Aw man, you'll just have to get another company". Very unprofessional. I'm sure it's nice to be so nonchalant when people have real needs.
